Drafting Effective International Contracts – Workshop-seminar, Rome, May 29-30, 2015

 

Join the UIA in Rome to attend what promises to be an outstanding seminar on how to draft international contracts treating sales, agency and distributorship agreements.  The International Sale of Goods and Contract Law Commissions have worked together to develop a workshop of quite practical use with many experienced attorneys speaking.

 

Among the many topics to be discussed are sessions on general conditions of sale, practical application of the CISG, helpful clauses, delivery, claims for defects and non-conformity of goods, liability clauses, limitation of liability, choosing the right INCOTERM, jurisdiction and choice of law, distributor contracts, and resolution of disputes.
