Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι δημοσιεύθηκε στο ΦΕΚ 3697/Β/11.8.2021 η απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Ελληνικού Κτηματολογίου με την οποία και σύμφωνα με το πρώτο άρθρο, το Ειδικό Άμισθο Υποθηκοφυλακείο Βασιλικών μετά την παρέλευση της 6.9.2021, καταργείται. Τα ακίνητα της τοπικής αρμοδιότητας του καταργούμενου Ειδικού Άμισθου Υποθηκοφυλακείου Βασιλικών, όπως αυτή ισχύει μέχρι την κατάργησή του, υπάγονται από την 7.9.2021 στην τοπική αρμοδιότητα του Υποθηκοφυλακείου Καλαμαριάς.
